History

Leaders Academy Busan has been in Sajik for over 8 years now, while Leaders Academy in Seoul has been successful for over 28 years. We are a South Korean English academy that helps students reach their full potential academically and personally. We believe that every student can succeed, and we are dedicated to providing them with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals.

We offer a challenging and engaging curriculum taught by experienced and passionate teachers. Our curriculum is designed to help students develop their English language skills in all four areas: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. We also offer a variety of extracurricular activities that help students develop their leadership, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. Our curriculum prepares students naturally for CSAT, NAT, Suneung, TOEFL, and IELTS. We do not believe in rote memorization.

We create a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel safe and respected. We believe that a positive learning environment is essential for student success. Our teachers are committed to helping students reach their full potential, and they provide individualized attention to each student.

We prepare students for success in college, career, and life. We understand the importance of helping students to get into coveted high schools and universities, and we prepare them by enhancing their understanding of what exceptional performance looks like and how to stand out from other applicants. Moreover, the world is always changing, and we explain how their education applies to their careers. We focus on tailoring our lessons to promote consistent growth in our students by weaving in life lessons that instill strong ethics, productive habits, and mental fortitude. Our students have been accepted to top universities around the world, such as Seoul National University and Princeton, Stanford, and, most proudly, Harvard. Our debaters have won numerous awards in debate, like YTN General league Champions, Korea National Champions, Asia Junior Champions, and so much more, as well as public speaking championships, like Korea Nationals Interpretative Reading Champion, and other competitions like ESU Gold Prize for High School level.
